The old saying “change is the only constant”, has meaning when you realize that changes happen relative to our experiences of them. Your experience is connected to how you receive and then organize our information. It feels good or bad depending on what meaning and value you give to it, and what skills you have to incorporate it all.

Delene Cole is a Certified Family Life Educator and a Lisenced Marriage & Family Therapist.(Lisence #MT2627) She has a private practice in St. Petersburg , FL where she specializes in parenting practices and in the relationship challenges that happen in families when a person has ADD /ADHD. She also has over 20 years experience working with children and adolescents, and helping families find new ways to relate, cooperate, and thrive during and after transitions such as divorce and remarriage.
Delene works with individuals, couples, family groupings, and facilitates therapeutic groups. Working with other professionals she facilitates weekends of discovery for adults and teens. She holds parenting programs and workshops, both in her home town and in other communities, writes, and is a national speaker for International Network for Children and Families. She is active in her community, and encourages others to become active using their own unique talents in ways of service and belonging.
